French Maids...no Ketchup?!! Fuck you NIGGA!!!

So it is Friday and I am leaving tomorrow.

Anyway, on tuesday i chilled with my cousins and i have a newfound love for mario kart double dash. I am buying a Gamecube and Double Dash i soon as i get back.

Wednesday my sister took me to a French Restaurant.

Here is the best part...the waitresses wore FRENCH MAID OUTFITS!!!!
Ok.

It wasn't that FRENCH, but it was french. ( The caps tell how "french" the maids were)

Here was the Curve ball...

All they served was Steak and Frites

...and a lightly dressed walnut salad.

That wasn't even the worst part!

No Ketchup!!!

The steak was actually really good.

I got mine cooked rare with a light herb sauce. Actually the sauce was quite rich.

I loved it...i think the ketchup would have gotten in the way of the taste.

Guess how much my steak fries and salad was... 19 British pounds...thats like 38 dollars.

But honestly it was well worth the price...even without the ketchup.

I also went to my other sister's job. She works at JP Morgan...can i say High Octane and High Stress

These financial mutherfuckers don't play. At least i know what i am getting into wanting to be an investment banker. Seriously, like the Trading Floor was ridiculous. They deserve those ridiculous wages.

Hip-Hop saved my life

So...my favorite song in the whole of the world right now is Hip-Hop saved my life. This song is incredible. Its like a whole movie in 4 minutes. Every word he raps i can vividly imagine a movie scene in my head. What is so great about this song is the fact it invokes the emotion of hope. There are very few hip hop songs that can invoke an emotion the way "hip hop saved my life" does. I can't wait for the video to come out. So check out Hip-hop saved my life.

What i like so much about the song though is it makes me want to get to work. No matter the circumstance anyone can accomplish their goals. There is no need for planning or waiting, just pull yourself up by the bootstraps and hustle endlessly.

Slightly skinny jeans... Am I turning to the darkside?

So I went back to Covent Garden today to check out my favorite street wear stores and i had a good bit of fun.

I went to Carhartt today, and must I say i love that place. They have a nice assortment of jeans and t-shirts. The customer service there was actually pretty good compared to the bigger Carhartt store down the lane. Actually the customer service was better compared to the Rest OF ENGLAND!

I saw some pretty good jeans but they were skinny. I was very close to getting them. They weren't super skinny, but they were like Nigga Skinny.

So i guess Nigga Skinny is good? Yes

Then i went to Stussy Store...YESSSS

My favorite clothing line is by far Stussy. Stussy has a cool vibe about it. They make a statement without making a statement. I got a Stussy x Leilow hoody. I think it has been featured on Hypebeast.

Is it all really important?

So today was pretty cool. Actually Awesome.

Yesterday was by baby cousins naming ceremony. Its cool cus she is the first girl in the family to be born with a family last name. Lots of people, food, alcohol and music. Most of all lots of fun.

Today i slept the best i have in the last month. A full 7 hours! yes. You might be like what? yes 7 hours.

Woke up ate sum leftovers. Then did my ab workouts. 3 days in a row baby! I am keeping a workout journal now. I think if i can keep track of what i am doing and how much i am doing, i will be more likely to succeed.

Went to dim sum at Royal China with my sister, Saratu and their friend Paul. He is from Ireland. He is really cool. He's also a musician which is tight

We then went to covent garden. Awesome. All the streetwear stores i wanted to go to were there. I went to size?, the stussy store...must i say dream come true. Carrhart. I still gotta check out the flagship Evisu store, Maharishi and Upper Playground.

After walking around Covent Garden i am asking myself the question?

Is it really important? Seriously man. Clothes are so overpriced. Being in one of the fashion capitals of the world there are two extremes that i can conclude. Either

Fashion, Clothes in fact anything over priced IS important and a must have. Since we only live once, we should enjoy the finer things in life

OR

Fashion, Clothes and anything of an astronomical price is NOT important because we only live once and one should strive for completion of self.

When i figure out the answer i will get back to you

Then we came back to my sister's place. Watched Top Gear, awesome show.

To top the night off we went to a place called the Blues Bar. It was cool. I never knew so many white people liked blues music. I knew a few, but this many was not what i expected. The band was really good. I think they are from the states


May i say it is EXTREMELY FUNNY to See White People sway to blues music. Its just like the Chappelle show kit with John Mayer and the guitar. When i say sway i mean SWAY! not all of them it was actually just a few people.

O before i forget i am going to upload a firework's show when i get the chance probably tomorrow.
